Phantom screens are low-maintenance. Regularly wipe them down with a soft cloth or use a brush with a firm backing (such as a board) to avoid damaging the mesh. This may require two people. Alternatively, we offer a professional cleaning service, which is best scheduled in winter, as peak season demand may limit availability.

No. When the window is open, the handle is out of the way, allowing the Serene screen to pull down or magnet-fix in place. When the window is closed, the Serene retracts away, and the magnetic screen drapes over the handle without issue.

In most cases, yes. We may need to slightly adjust the position of your blinds to allow space for the Serene screen. The Serene requires 55mm clearance from the window pane, but if space is limited, the magnetic fly screen offers a lower-profile alternative. Our team will assess this during your consultation.
